What we have done…
Edmonton Public Schools Foundation Announcement
November 28, 2019 was a very exciting day as The Westman Charitable Foundation came to Beacon Heights Elementary School in NE Edmonton and announced their generous donation of $375,000 to The Edmonton Public School Foundation in support of full day Kindergarten in Edmonton. Jayman BUILT Edmonton also donated $2000 to the school showing our support. As part of the announcement, a Reading Rally was held where 32 Jayman employees attended, stuffed bags full of gifts for the Grade 1 and 2 classes, and then read a few books with the students. A very special guest reader (Jay Westman) read The Most Magnificent Thing book to all of us and the students. I am sure we can all imagine the great expression and enthusiasm Jay exudes while reading!
